It's 2018. Everyone is talking about goals.

Goals are here to help us be better than ourselves right now. We all want to grow; goals are here to help us get there in every aspect of life. BUT. We have to commit. We have to break out of our comfort zone. Some people have different approaches, but having an attainable, measurable, write-downable goal can give you the first step and the commitment you need.

Here's how:

  • Look at the last year, what did you achieve?
  • Find a template (We use this: https://darrenhardy.com/engage/lybye/)
  • Keep it simple**
  • Keep it to 3 goals: 1 that's achievable, 1 that's a reach, and 1 that's a mountain
  • Choose goals in different categories: fitness, finances, or family

Okay, but how do you really achieve a goal?

  • Write it down and remind yourself of your commitment
  • Forgive yourself, if you make a mistake, you have the chance to get back to it tomorrow
  • Stay accountable, get someone else involved with your goals: your spouse, a friend, social media

Go get your goals, friends!
